Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing PlayM3U, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of service
PlayM3U provides a browser-based technical tool to parse M3U/M3U8 playlists and run in-browser playback checks on stream URLs you supply. It is intended only for authorized testing—for example content you own, operate under contract, or are expressly permitted to validate. PlayM3U is not a content provider: we do not host, store, license, sell, rebroadcast, or distribute audio, video, or other media, and we do not provide playlists, channel lineups, or access to third-party programming.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for every URL, manifest, and stream you load and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions.
- Piracy and unauthorized use are prohibited. You must not use PlayM3U to access, test, or facilitate access to pirated material, unlawfully obtained feeds, or subscription or protected services without authorization.
- You must not use the service to circumvent technical measures, access controls, or licensing terms, or to harvest, redistribute, or commercialize third-party catalogs without permission.
- We do not endorse, control, or monitor third-party endpoints you choose; your use of external URLs is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and applicable law.
4. Intellectual property & DMCA
The site software and design are ours. Media accessed through URLs you supply remains the property of its respective owners. For copyright notices, see our DMCA policy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayM3U is not liable for damages arising from your use of the tool or third-party streams.
6. Termination
We may restrict access to the site at any time.
