1. Our role

PlayM3U is a browser-based testing tool. We do not host, store, or distribute video or audio files. Users supply URLs; playback is initiated from the user's device.

2. No content servers

We do not operate streaming infrastructure for user-supplied media. We cannot remove content hosted on third-party servers.

3. User responsibility

Users must only test content they own, control, or are authorized to access.

4. Notices

If you believe our tool is used in connection with infringement, email support@playm3u.com with subject DMCA Notice and include: your contact details, identification of the work, the specific URL or technical details, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury where applicable.

5. Remedies we may apply

Where feasible and appropriate, we may block specific URL patterns or take other technical measures on the client side after a valid request. This does not guarantee removal of content from third-party hosts.
